overall very nice and love the location Positive: location is great for Park City. Negative: Drapes in living area are broken and cant be closed all the way. We could have used more than just two coffee cups that fit in the coffee maker. Parking at this location can be a challenge, but nothing that would stop me staying again. The deck could use a good cleaning but we cleaned it up the best we could.

Positive: The booking manager, Lionel, was outstanding. VERY responsive and helpful in all matters. He answered texts promptly and was very accommodating for our stay as the hotel was not excessively busy despite it being the middle of high season, the week before Sundance. The room itself was very comfortable. We loved the 3! Fireplaces! The room had everything we needed for an extended stay. Negative: The room was very close to the main road, but it wasn’t terribly noisy
